There are two overspill hotels. They are:

Walking times are 3 and 13 minutes’ respectively.

We have 210  rooms in total. You will be notified of your hotel allocation at the end of September.
Every effort will be made to allocate PKU patients in the Palacio Hotel.

Eventbrite (our ticketing platform) allows payment by credit card only. If you need to pay by invoice, please get in touch with us stating the number of rooms you want to book and all necessary information for the invoice. Get in touch with us using the contact form.

* Food included with rooms: Everything dinner on Thursday until breakfast on Sunday.
** Food included in day tickets: Lunch and coffee breaks

Family rooms are available in a limited quantity – please get in touch with us direct if you want to book one. Also. if you want to book multiple double rooms in one booking you need to contact us first. Please use the contact form to get in touch with us.
